Note for Visits
If you are planning to visit us, please call in advance. We often work at customer locations, so arranging a visit beforehand ensures that someone is present.
Important Notice About Customer-supplied Garments
Our company works with trusted textile suppliers whose products we know well. This ensures we understand the material quality, durability, and how the garments respond to heat pressing or embroidery.
If you choose to bring your own garments for printing or embroidery, please note:
- We cannot take responsibility if customer-supplied garments are damaged during printing.
- Some materials may not withstand heat pressing or embroidery stitching.
If a print fails on a garment we have supplied, we will replace the garment and the print free of charge.
